Insurance, CSA Priority & Session Fees

 

About half of the children and families we serve at CATS receive support through local CSA funding. To ensure we remain available to the children and families local schools and social service agencies have identified as having the greatest needs, we do not bill insurance directly and are considered an out-of-network provider with most insurance companies. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement by submitting superbills to their insurance. A sliding scale may also be available, depending on clinician discretion and funding availability. 
 

2025-2026 Session Fees:

50-60 minute individual or family sessions: $180 (Masters) $190 (PhD)
