We are a diverse, trauma-informed team committed to offering deeply attuned, neurodiversity-affirming care. Our clinicians are trained in both top-down (cognitive/behavioral) and bottom-up (body-first) therapies to meet each client’s needs with compassion and skill.
Aysha Hameed, MA
Resident in Counseling
Aysha supports children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, adoption, depression, life transitions, and neurodevelopmental challenges. She uses EMDR, EFT, and somatic approaches to strengthen attachment, support emotional regulation, and promote lasting healing in relationships.
Rachel Tuchrello, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Rachel is a dedicated and compassionate clinician with a Master's Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University, specializing in trauma-informed care. With a strong background in Emergency Services and crisis support, she brings a calm, empowering presence to her work. At CATS, Rachel offers a client-centered, strength-based approach tailored to individual needs.
Donna Brooks, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Donna Brooks, LPC, is a compassionate counselor and veteran dedicated to helping children, individuals, and families thrive. With specialized training in trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, academic therapy, and attachment-based healing, she offers a uniquely integrative approach to care. Donna’s work is rooted in building secure connections, fostering resilience, and guiding lasting transformation.
Irina Watkins, MSW, M.Ed., MS
Supervisee in Clinical Social Work
Irina Watkins is a compassionate and highly trained mental health therapist who offers trauma-informed care grounded in both clinical expertise and empathy. With a multidisciplinary background and extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, Irina specializes in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and attachment challenges. Her brain-body approach to healing fosters deep, lasting change.
Sarah Gulinski, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Executive Director
Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Executive Director of CATS, specializing in developmental trauma, emotional regulation, and neurodiversity across all ages. Her work integrates cutting-edge therapies like EMDR and ART with creative, somatic, and attachment-based approaches. With warmth, insight, and a playful spirit, Sarah helps clients reconnect with their bodies and stories in ways that foster lasting healing.
